Returns and Replacement Policy
Returns:
Currently, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll replace it with a new one, provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at contact@thebettrchoice.com. We may verify the damage or defect before issuing a replacement.
Replacement Process:
To request a replacement, email us at contact@thebettrchoice.com with the reason. We'll replace the product with a new one if it hasn't been opened, used, or its packaging discarded, within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. In case of damage or missing items, we'll send a new pack of the same item once we receive your email about the issue.
Payment and Delivery
Mode of Payment:
Securely pay online via credit card, debit card, UPI, eWallets, net banking, or opt for cash on delivery.
Time of Delivery:
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Tracking Delivery:
Receive a message with the tracking ID from our courier partner once your order is shipped.
Delivery Policy:
An adult must receive each shipment. Inform us of any change in the delivery address.
Parcel
Someone else in your household can receive the parcel, but they will need to provide some form of identification, such as name and relation. For COD orders, please ensure you leave cash with household members.
Prepaid Order: If the delivery agent asks for cash on delivery for a prepaid order, do not pay. The Bettr Choice will not be liable for any refund in such cases. Please inform us.
Warranty on Products: As these are food items, warranties do not apply.
